Facturae 3.2.1. release adapted to demands of new law 25/2013

With the entry into force on 15 January 2015 of Law 25/2013, for promotion of electronic invoicing and creation of the accounting record for invoices in the Public Sector, the suppliers of central, regional and local administrations must process all invoices for values over €5000 electronically.

The electronic invoicing format utilized until now was Facturae 3.2., but under the new ruling suppliers have to modify their accounting systems to include new data, and the administrations must prepare the accounts registry (point of entry for invoices)to accept, validate and process invoices in the new 3.2.1 format.

The new version includes slight modifications, mainly designed to upgrade the data schema to the new developments taking place in the scope of taxation, and especially to prepare it for more intensive use with the entry into force of Law 25/2013, of 27 December.
